Our proposals remove the existing wooden structures and rebuild the existing rear first floor and second floor extensions, as well as extending at ground level to provide a large kitchen dining space. A glazed screen is to be erected at first floor level to provide privacy. The planning refusal decision was overturned by the inspector, as he determined that the scheme did meet Lambeth’s own policies and was in-line with their recent planning decisions.
