This project is the amalgamation of two flats in a mansion block in a conservation area of Maida Vale providing a four bedroom dwelling across three floors.

Working closely with CGMS planning consultants and Anna Haines interior designer, we have designed a new layout, interiors and finishes to transform these run-down properties into a first class family house. At upper ground and entry level, will be a master suite, with a new bespoke staircase connecting to upper bedrooms, and down to the lower living areas, served by a new kitchen, dining and ancillary accommodation. The use of sophisticated colour and materiality was key in creating the exciting interior scheme of the project.

Using a mixture of classic materials such as marble, dark herringbone wood and contemporary design – achieved through the execution of seamless porcelain cladding- we created a design that will last. Using a mixture of classic materials such as marble, dark herringbone wood and contemporary design – achieved through the execution of seamless porcelain cladding- we created a design that will last. Bespoke joinery pieces in the bedrooms were designed to progress and adapt as the children got older. A complete remodelling of the ground floor allowed an ultra luxurious Master suite to span the length of the house. The master suite is concealed behind a feature mirrored wall designed to lead people through the space, guided by a continuous feel of steel framed glazing and a bronze framed mirror, into the main living space in the basement.

Works are currently on site and due to finish mid-2017.
