3D Modelling and BIM

We aim to provide 3D modelling and visualisations for all of our projects. This helps our clients to better understand the space we are designing for them, which is valued by both our private and commercial developer clients. We also use BIM collaborative working technologies to drive efficiencies in the design process. To work in 3D and with BIM we continually invest in our CAD software and staff training.

BIM X
BIM or Building Information Modelling is a software application that allows our clients and contractors to view and interact with a 3D model of any proposed building. These models assist in the design process by sharing detailed technical information with the complete project team and with our clients and can be viewed on a desktop computer, iPad, iPhone and Android devices.

We use BIM at all stages of a project, through concept and planning into detailed and technical design stages and finally onsite to assist with construction.
