About Me
Emily is one of Granit's senior architectural assistants, assisting the architects and interiors team with private clients and commercial developers projects. Emily is also involved with the social media and marketing of the practice.
Emily completed her Part II Master's degree at Portsmouth University in 2018 and worked at Granit for over two years. She has enjoyed working with private clients to gain planning permissions in Richmond, Essex, Brighton and Clapham. She is currently gaining lots of site experience and hopes to start her Part III course within the next couple of years.
Emily finds inspiration in Granit's unique contemporary style and is passionate about working on projects based in the city of London. When a project is at an early stage, she enjoys thoroughly reading through a client brief, appreciating their goals, and developing this to a Granit standard of design.
Outside of work, Emily dedicates her time to art and paints lots of watercolour pieces, including houses, wedding venues and places of interest. She enjoys connecting art and architecture and is always looking for new ideas.
