Mai joined Granit Architects in 2016 and quickly got into the detail of architecture, working on site surveys, feasibility and concept design, and the tender process for a number of our projects. Mai gained her architectural qualifications at the University of Portsmouth where she achieved a first class honours degree. She loves temporary architecture - from its playfulness in creating temporary worlds at festivals, or practicality to solve humanitarian problems like refugee shelters. Outside the office, Mai likes keeping fit and music. You’ll always find Mai middle front at a gig or festival.
