Rob joined Granit in 2018, soon after completing his Part II Masters study in Architecture at the University of Kent, where he explored computational design methodologies to generate form and space. Rob has focused his personal development in the residential sector both at Granit and in his previous practice, where he worked on commercial and masterplan projects. He has a particular interest in project delivery and the challenges of project management during the construction stage. During his time at Granit, he has completed projects in various London boroughs and farther afield. Rob preferred to work in the near-empty office during the pandemic and focussed on qualifying as an Architect. With his studies complete, his attention outside of the workplace is on fair-weather cycling and never-ending home improvements, the latter of which he hopes will feedback into space-enhancing designs for his projects.
