We’ve recently obtained a basement planning consent for a house in The Chase, Clapham, LB Lambeth.
Our proposals for this terraced house include demolition of the existing rear extension, the construction of a new contemporary highly glazed rear extension, a rationalisation of the ground floor plan of the house and basement planning consent too. The new basement and full footprint of the house will provide new living accommodation, a gym or guest bedroom and service areas.
We are now progressing with RIBA Stages 3-4 with a view to starting on site in mid to late 2016.
