The Award is for ‘Best Interior Architecture & Design Firm 2020 – London,’ in the publication’s 2020 Design and Build awards. It’s always a great pleasure to win an award and especially because the judges reached their decision after reviewing our portfolio and our customer testimonials.

For this Award, the team were particularly impressed by your Yew Tree Cottage and Spencer House projects, referencing your expertise in the extension of private houses in a contemporary style, while still maintaining the original character of the homes.”
We’re really pleased as both of these projects had innovative design solutions and resulted in happy clients – something we take extremely seriously.
Yew Tree cottage was an ambitious labour of love for the transformation of a Grade II listed property in Lewes. It has a modern extension that has enhanced the original character of the property and that took many years of careful negotiation with the local authority conservation officer to achieve.

Spencer House was another challenging project as it involved the reconfiguration of a property that had previously been rearranged into a number of separate flats. Our clients asked us to help them reconfigure the property as a modern family home, something we feel we have achieved very well.
Perhaps our favourite feature of this project is the ambitious glazed slot we designed through the rear facade, which allows light to pour into every level of the property.
