Our next Developer Breakfast Workshop is on Thursday 23rd November 2023. Join us for breakfast and learn about the latest property development strategies, trends and opportunities.
We will be exploring how to analyse a deal, including:
- Understanding a site’s potential
- Maximising the use of space
- Understanding planning constraints and opportunities
- The latest options for financing deals
During the workshop, we will examine three sites: a micro-backland site in Clapham, a six-unit mews development, and a multi-unit tall building opportunity.
We have three speakers:
Tom Vincent, Associate Architect, Granit
Tom joined Granit in 2011 and is responsible for our commercial clients across London and the South East. He is currently advising clients on several projects where the latest Building Regulations may have a potential impact on design and viability.
James Munro, Architect Director, Granit
James has been a Director at Granit since 2009, where he has been responsible for driving forward the design aspects of all projects in the office and ensuring the team delivers great service to all our clients. James is a member of the AECB, promoting best practices in energy efficiency.
Martyn Pollock, Partner, Hallcroft Finance
Martyn started his professional life as a private equity lawyer in London before finding his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for property was best served running Hallcroft Finance. At Hallcroft, Martyn advises developers and investors in the UK real estate, helping his clients to raise finance from simple debt arrangements to more complete structures.
There will also be time to network with your peers and discuss live projects with our architecture and interior design teams.
