We have recently obtained planning consent in Chiswick for the remodelling of a large house in Grove Park Gardens.

Our proposal demolishes an existing conservatory and replaces it with a full width extension. The floor levels are dropped to external level, which creates a change of level between an upper formal dining room and the lower kitchen/living space.

We will also create a new larger kitchen, utility and living space as well as redesign the hard landscaping to the rear of the house. We will be shortly progressing into detailed and technical design and later in the year a start on site.
