Works to create a new basement at our Briarwood Road project in Clapham are progressing well. The excavation and construction of the concrete box has been completed after weeks of underpinning the party walls and the contractors have now tanked the floor and walls and laid the underfloor heating ready for the new polished screed. Once complete the basement will be fitted out with a new kitchen, dining space, home cinema and shower room. We are also extending to the rear at ground level and refurbishing this and the first floor.
