We are pleased to announce Jim Fifield, one of our long standing team members, has recently been awarded his Part 3 qualification. This is the final stage in the formal training architects receive and means Jim is now entitled to register with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and to use the title ‘Architect’.
Did you know to qualify as an architect you are required to do at the very least seven years training?
This includes a three year degree course, two year diploma and two years practical experience. All this before taking the challenging Part 3 course which generally also takes one year to complete.
If you would like to find out more about the rigorous and lengthy training architectural students receive please visit the Royal Institute of British Architects’ website.
Please join us in congratulating Jim on his achievement.
