Congratulations Pip!
Pip Phillips in Granit’s Architecture team has recently graduated from the University of Westminster with his Part III qualification. He is now a fully qualified Architect.
The Part III qualification is the final stage in a long process for architectural students to complete and to become fully qualified. The aim of the Part III course is to help students learn how to lead an architectural project, as well as to manage the multiple parties involved in every construction scheme.
It also ensures an up-to-date knowledge of contracts, planning legislation and health and safety legislation too – all of which change regularly in the construction industry. During the course students also gain a wider understanding of the business management side of running an Architects’ practice.
It is a challenging course and we are delighted for Pip. We hope you will join us in wishing him congratulations!
