Customer Satisfaction Survey Highlights 2020

The key to our practice’s long term success is happy clients. It’s as simple as that.

We know this requires us to deliver great architectural and interior design in a professional and highly personalised service.

We measure how well we have delivered this in an annual customer satisfaction survey, with our latest survey being completed in January-February 2020.

Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the results. One of the key metrics we use is the Net Promoter Score, which measures how likely our customers are to recommend us to family and friends. We’re pleased to say we scored +43 – anything over 0 is good. This score is a slight fall compared to last year’s score of +60, which is also making us ask a few questions of ourselves.
