Each year we take our team away from the office for a day long management meeting. We look at what is planned for the practice in the year ahead, how we want to manage our business, what we need to do to keep our clients happy, and how we will meet our business goals.

We also take the opportunity to recognise the performance of our team members and reward those who have excelled. There are three categories of awards:

1. Most Creative
2. Most Productive
3. Employers Choice Award for Outstanding Performance

This year Jim Fifield won the ‘Most Creative’ award for his work on a large South London housing development scheme. The remaining two awards were collected by Tim Palgrave, who is also Employers Choice for the second year running.
