Gipsy Hill, London the new build apartments we designed are now complete

Works on the development of apartments at Gipsy Hill for developer The Fairway Partnership are now complete. The project involved the conversion of and extension to a derelict chapel in a London conservation area into 11 one and two bedroom flats. The development is spread across two blocks: the existing chapel and a new block to the rear of the plot. The front façade of the chapel has been been retained and fully restored with the new rear block in contrast is a striking contemporary addition clad in Western red cedar timber and white render. An external steel staircase and walkway links the 2 blocks. The apartments have stunning views down to the Shard and central London.
