Granit Covid-19 Business Continuity Plan

Updated 17.03.2020

Dear Clients,

To maintain an uninterrupted service, we have taken proactive measures in line with Government advice, to ensure we can continue to operate in the coming weeks while managing the developing situation. However, if the governmental advice changes, we will update you with further information.

The team remain fully resourced and available for you, via homeworking measures and contactable by phone or email. Please contact the office number as normal and your call will be directed, or a message taken.

Site Meetings:

If practical we will still attend site meetings, to oversee our contractual obligations, but where possible we will do valuations remotely via photos/facetime with the builders. There is a possibility that some sites may close, or works are delayed – and this is something we would need to assess and advise on if it transpires.

Client Meetings:

Where possible, we are still happy to have them, but we do need to consider if they are required, or can be done via phone or email. We will generally check with you first if you are happy to meet.

All Granit employees who fall ill are not to report to work. We have designed specific quarantine and communication procedures should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or deemed to be at risk of potential infection, as in line with Government advice.

Finally, although there are uncertain times ahead, we would urge you to keep the faith in the team delivering your project and continue to commit to moving forward with your project, so we can remain fully resourced.

Thank you again for your continued support.
