The brief for this project was to convert a basement flat to this mansion block and fully refurbished to a high standard, suitable for resale or to let.

An existing rear kitchen extension was rebuilt with a larger footprint, incorporating a frameless glass box, with sliding doors opening onto a landscaped courtyard. This maximised the daylight into the kitchen, dining and living room.

Internally the flat was reconfigured to create a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shower room, as well as utility and study. High-quality flooring, tiling and joinery were used throughout.
