Work has begun on site to extensively remodel, extend and refurbish this property in Melrose Gardens, Brook Green, west London.

The project is the reconfiguration of two flats into one new home. The property in Melrose Gardens (click here for a map) has been completely gutted and an existing rear extension demolished to make way for a contemporary rear extension with lowered floor level, which will provide a new kitchen, dining and living space.

Installation of the new steel structure will begin within the next few weeks.
