The vacant site was once the site of a coach house and Granit have recently gained full planning approval from Wandsworth Borough Council to revise the scheme for a previously-approved design for the site.

The site maximises private amenity space via two basement lightwells, a first floor terrace and the recently-approved roof terrace, which has been carefully sited to be integral to the design and to limit overlooking neighbours, or affecting their amenity.

Excavations are well underway and the property is will be marketed for sale in late 2023.
