We recently gained consent from Westminster Council to demolish this 1960s semi detached house and replace with a new build house in St John’s Wood, London.

The replacement dwelling will feature 4-storeys including a new basement and rear extension. Although reflecting the design of the original house and its neighbour, the new house is a contemporary family home, which will surpass current required levels of energy efficiency and sustainability.

A main contractor has been appointed and work is due to start on site in this lovely part of London in early 2013.
