It seems a long time ago we were last able to run our Developer Breakfast Workshops, but I’m happy to announce they are back.
Before the pandemic, we ran workshops three times a year for commercial property developers at our offices in Clapham, London.
The idea is simple: bring commercial property developers together with our team of architects and interior designers, throw in some finance and planning experts, a host of case studies, a buffet of coffee, croissants and fresh fruit, and you have the perfect recipe for a valuable workshop.
Our next event will take place on Thursday 14th October and is the first time since COVID struck that we will get together. Assuming another wave does not strike us down by then.
So what are we planning?
The workshop will run from 8.30 am – 10.00 am.
It will include a short talk from our team, exploring case studies of recent developments in and around London. We will be looking at what worked well from a planning, design and delivery perspective. We’ll also look at the lessons learnt and how this can help future developments.
We are thrilled also that Richard Bowser, the Editor of Property Investor News, will be giving a short update on the market trends and future opportunities for developers. Richard has an in-depth knowledge of the property development market and is always thought-provoking.
We will also have a funding expert on hand to explore the latest finance opportunities for developers, whether you are looking for an update on debt options, mezzanine or private equity.
Our Breakfast Developer Workshops have one aim: to arm our clients and partners with the knowledge to deliver successful property developments. No sales pitches. That’s a promise.
