We recently received planning consent in Richmond for this conversion of a doctor’s surgery in North Richmond into a family home.

Our project will extend and completely reconfigure the property, a bold rendered and timber clad extension to the rear containing a new kitchen, dining and living space, whilst the rest of the house upgraded and fitted out to a high standard. As part of planning conditions we are obliged to meet sustainability targets of BREEAM very good, which will involved upgrading and retrofitting the fabric of the building as well as renewable technologies being used.
