We were thrilled to learn our planning application for a client in Wandsworth was successful and we now have consent to approve with the scheme. The project is an extension and remodelling of a whole house to create a lovely family home and there’s quite a lot going on – you can see in the 3D model below an impression of how the end result will look.

With planning consent achieved it’s on to the next phase of the project and we’re working up detailed proposals for this house. Re-configuration of the entire ground floor will provide a larger kitchen, living and dining area which will open up onto a winter garden for alfresco eating. Large roof lights above the extended ground floor and stair core will enhance the volume of natural light into the property.

A loft conversion with extension of the roof to create additional head room allowing for additional space and the creation of ensuite, office area and roof balcony, alongside a minor extension to the basement to accommodate the utility room is also proposed.
