We have recently obtained planning consent in the Borough of Hertsmere, to extend and reconfigure a semi-detached house, in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

Our proposals include a ground floor extension, an infill first-floor extension, as well as a loft extension with a new dormer. The rear of the house will be rendered and clad with black timber to create a contemporary feel. New glazing will open up the ground floor to a raised terrace, and timber clad planters.

Internally, a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been designed to suit the client’s family life. A new master suite is going to be created on the first floor, with two bathrooms, and a further 5th bedroom in the loft.

Work on site is due to commence in early 2019. We’re looking forward to seeing this project come together.
