After a lengthy negotiation with the local council, we are pleased to have achieved planning permission for a new build house on the site of a rear garage in South London.

The tricky site has many restrictions including a wedge-shaped plot, proximity to trees, and a limited outlook – but with a careful design, we were able to design a high-quality three-bed house. The ground floor and entry-level contains living and kitchen, with bedrooms at basement level and the first floor within the roof, containing a further master suite.

We were very pleased with the decision taken by Wandsworth Borough Council to provide planning permission for this development.
