Creation of our new offices

Prompted by Granit’s growth and to meet the needs of our expanding workload, we relocated our studio from Battersea to new offices in Clapham Old Town, which are fitted out to our design and specification.

The 170 sq. metre space needed to be open plan yet integrated, flexible as well as adaptable. All of this had to be achieved within budget.

Key Challenges

14 architect clients! There were a lot of design ideas, and it was a challenge to create something that everyone was happy with, which also satisfied the brief, and came in on budget.
