This property developer workshop is all about working with challenging sites. We are regularly faced with finding commercial returns for our developer clients with unusual and difficult sites. In more than 30 years of architectural practice, we have seen and worked on some interesting sites; the tight little sites next to railway lines, back garden developments, and those with overlooking issues or located in conservation areas.

In this workshop, we’ll look at case studies of schemes on challenging sites and share the lessons you can apply to make your next development successful.

The objective is simple: to bring commercial property developers together with our team of building design experts, a finance specialist, review some case studies, a buffet of coffee, croissants and fresh fruit, and you have the perfect recipe for a valuable workshop.
