The countdown is on for the Property Development Summit in London, are you going?

The event is taking place on January 28th and Granit’s James Munro is one of the guest speakers, alongside an impressive line-up of developers and other property professionals.

The idea of the Summit is to address the challenges developers might need to overcome as they build new homes in the Capital. There are sessions on deal sourcing, working with planning, funding, using property technology, and marketing to attract investors.

James will be presenting three case studies of projects on brownfield sites in London.
