Site Finding, Analysis and Feasibility
We regularly assist our commercial clients in finding and assessing the feasibility of development sites in London and beyond. Our proprietary ROI calculator based on 30 years of experience enables us to advise property developers on site acquisitions, valuations, and profitable development strategies.
Brief and Planning Permission (RIBA Stages 0-2)
We help our developer clients to shape their strategy for a site, including preparing a brief, documents for pre-planning applications and those required for a full planning application too. We are happy to lead a team of consultants needed to guide our clients through the process of gaining consent for their developments.
On many occasions, we have assessed sites with an existing consent to identify opportunities for improving a site’s profitability. Improvements may involve reconfiguring a site layout, adding new units or even changing the method of construction to realise a higher return.
Architectural and Interior Design (RIBA Stages 3 & 4)
With planning consent in place, we prepare builders works packages that enable contractors to deliver high-quality buildings. This work includes technical and detailed design as well as interior architecture.
On-Site and Contact Administration (RIBA Stages 5-6)
We like to see our designs realised in a completed building and enjoy guiding our clients through the process of finding, procuring and managing contractors. Once a scheme is on-site, we provide regular inspections on progress to ensure our clients only pay for what is delivered and to the required standards.
Added Value Services
We regularly act as strategic advisors to our developer clients, guiding them on development strategy, arranging creative financing options (via partners) and establishing teams/joint ventures. We regularly create financial models and business plans that enable our clients to make go/no-go decisions on acquisitions.
Our interior design team is skilled at styling marketing suites, whether it’s furnishing a whole house, an apartment or dressing communal parts to give your development an edge in the market.
