We have worked with Granit on a couple of complicated jobs, one of which didn’t proceed in the end despite much thought being given to it by the design team. On the one that went ahead.
I would say that Granit worked their socks off to ensure a successful delivery for the client, and, as builders, we appreciated everything they did. They were very effective at finding a way through any issues; they listened to us if we had a problem and kept us focused when needed.
The site team did not want for any information. I suspect that it is largely attributable to them that after a long project with quite a few challenges, we all ended up with a happy client (I hope!) and a magazine-featured project to boot! If a friend asks me for an Architect, I have no hesitation in recommending Granit.
